About Avocet Studio
1 Bed Cottage in Lucker, Northumberland
Situated at Lucker Steadings within the heart of the beautiful Northumberland village of Lucker, Avocet Studio provides the perfect holiday cottage for couples looking to relax in a peaceful environment.
Avocet Studio is a ground-level, open plan studio apartment which offers an open plan bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a separate shower room with large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
The cottage is located three miles from Bamburgh and the wonderful Northumberland coastline.
Lucker is only 2 miles from the A1, which makes visiting landmarks and exploring Northumberland easy.
A travel cot & high chair are available on request. Please note we do not provide a mattress or bedding for the cot.
Avocet Studio is a one-bedroom apartment that may accommodate up to two guests.

Bed configuration:
Bedroom 1: Superking size bed (6ft) is set up on arrival, however this bed can be split into two Single beds (3ft)
Please note – if you would like to change the bed configuration, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice. There will be no charge.
If you would like this bed configuration changed on the day of your arrival, you will incur a £40 charge and this is subject to the availability of our housekeeping team.
A travel cot and highchair are both available on request. Please note we do not provide a cot mattress or cot bedding.

Payment and deposit information
- A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Receipt of any deposit shall not constitute acceptance of any booking until confirmation has been sent. All payment, unless otherwise specified, shall be made payable to “Stablewood Leisure Limited” and sent to the address on the booking acknowledgement.
- The balance of the booking is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.

There is an additional cost to bring dogs with you as follows:

Hot Tubs
If you would like to add a hot tub to your cottage, we can arrange to set up a Lazy Spa for an additional £125.
