About Jackdaw Cottage
3 Bed Cottage with hot tub in Budle Bay
Part of the Heather House collection of cottages, Jackdaw is situated just above Budle Bay, and provides extremely comfortable, dog-friendly holiday accommodation for up to 6 guests with fantastic panoramic views of Budle Bay and up the coast to Holy Island.
Jackdaw Cottage has been purpose built to provide self-catering accommodation and features spacious en-suite bedrooms, a sauna, enclosed gardens, outdoor hot tub, and a wonderful sandy beach just 500 yards from the back door.
Jackdaw Cottage has a spacious open plan kitchen, living room and dining area with access to the patio, hot tub and garden.
There is also an infra-red sauna for you and your guests to enjoy, however we request that you bring your own dressing gowns and slippers for use with the sauna.
The outdoor area has a patio garden with tables and chairs, hot tub, an enclosed grass area and a large shared grassed paddock. An additional seating area can be found at the front and has a patio heater for cooler evenings.
There are three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor king-size with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Bamburgh is situated just over a mile away from Budle Bay, and has a host of good places to eat and drink, as well as its own wonderful beach with the famous castle that imposes itself over the village.
3 miles away in the village of Lucker, you will find an award-winning gastropub, The Apple Inn, a traditional country pub serving great food and ales, as well as breakfast with all ingredients sourced locally.
Lucker is only 2 miles from the A1, which makes visiting landmarks and exploring Northumberland and its wonderful coastline easy.

Payment and deposit information
- A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Receipt of any deposit shall not constitute acceptance of any booking until confirmation has been sent. All payment, unless otherwise specified, shall be made payable to “Stablewood Leisure Limited” and sent to the address on the booking acknowledgement.
- The balance of the booking is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
