Dog-friendly, 3 Bed Cottage with Hot Tub in Budle Bay
Pipistrelle Cottage provides extremely comfortable, dog-friendy, holiday accommodation with hot tub for up to 6 guests.
Forming part of our Heather House collection of holiday cottages, Pipistrelle offers fantastic panoramic views of Budle Bay and up towards the coast to Holy Island.
This cottage has been purpose built to provide self-catering accommodation and features spacious en-suite bedrooms, private hot tub (included in the price), private sauna, enclosed gardens and a wonderful sandy beach just 500 yards from the back door.
Pipistrelle Cottage has a spacious open plan kitchen, living room and dining area which leads out to the patio and garden area. The ground floor also hosts a king sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower over the bath, a WC and a wash basin.
The patio garden is decked with outdoor furniture and a hot tub, and offers an enclosed grass area plus a large shared grassed paddock. There is also a front sitting area with a patio heater for those cooler evenings.

Bamburgh is situated just over a mile away from Budle Bay, and has a host of good places to eat and drink, as well as its own wonderful beach with the famous castle that imposes itself over the village.
3 miles away in the village of Lucker, you will find an award-winning gastropub, The Apple Inn, a traditional country pub serving great food and ales, as well as breakfast with all ingredients sourced locally.
Lucker is only 2 miles from the A1, which makes visiting landmarks and exploring Northumberland and its wonderful coastline easy.

Payment and deposit information
- A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Receipt of any deposit shall not constitute acceptance of any booking until confirmation has been sent. All payment, unless otherwise specified, shall be made payable to “Stablewood Leisure Limited” and sent to the address on the booking acknowledgement.
- The balance of the booking is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
