Set within the dunes of Budle Bay, CurlewLodge offers a unique coastal retreat in one of Northumberland’s most unspoilt locations. With access to a privately owned sandy beach, guests can fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty and tranquillity of this exceptional setting.
Designed for couples, the lodge accommodates 2 guests in a stylish one-bedroom with a hot tub layout, combining comfort with a cosy, high-quality finish. For larger gatherings, Curlew Lodge can also be booked alongside Brown Owl Lodge and Heather Cottages, offering flexible accommodation for multiple guests.
Curlew Lodge Description
A beautifully designed single-storey lodge, Curlew Lodge sleeps up to 2 guests in a stylish one-bedroom layout with a hot tub. The open-plan space comprises a modern kitchen, living and dining area, complete with a cosy log burner, and opens out onto a private decking area with views across the coastline.
Oystercatcher Lodge features a spacious double bedroom with en-suite, making it ideal for couples seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

Bamburgh is situated just over a mile away from Budle Bay, and has a host of good places to eat and drink, as well as its own wonderful beach with the famous castle that imposes itself over the village.
3 miles away in the village of Lucker, you will find an award-winning gastropub, The Apple Inn, a traditional country pub serving great food and ales, as well as breakfast with all ingredients sourced locally.
Lucker is only 2 miles from the A1, which makes visiting landmarks and exploring Northumberland and its wonderful coastline easy.

- A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Receipt of any deposit shall not constitute acceptance of any booking until confirmation has been sent. All payment, unless otherwise specified, shall be made payable to “Stablewood Leisure Limited” and sent to the address on the booking acknowledgement.
- The balance of the booking is due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
